Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible Items

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item received
  • Items not as described
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Digital or downloadable products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return
